They have no intention of retaining these records. They know they aren’t going to go to prison for destroying the information. Oops, my bad.
Kemp, Raffensberger, and Carr let Dekalb County destroy their ballots within a month or two, if I’m not mistaken. All the ballots, from Fulton Cty, that were supposed to be audited ended up in a shredder.
Nothing happens.

While you’re at it, repeal the 19th and 17th and 16th amendments.
Personally, I think we’d be far better off as a country to repeal everything past the 10th Amendment......all Laws passed since that point, passed by the Federal Government should be voided, and we can then proceed to States Rights. America could return to Greatness, and life would be simplified and independent.
That’s why they need to destroy these records.
