I have always linked this piece to 9/11.
I kept the University of Houston classical music radio station on in my office on a small boom box because it was a nice, unobtrusive sound while I was working.
On 9/11, they were mostly bringing in news reports all day. (We also had TVs by the elevator banks in our 3-story building where we gathered and watched things unfold.) The radio station didn’t play much music that day, but right after the announcement that all US airspace was closed, they played this.

Aw, I’m hurting for you. Moms really do know everything. They’re the best.
I was the same way. Anytime I had a question about anything - cooking, my plants, how to maintain furniture or get a stain out of something, even what to wear to an event, I picked up the phone and called Mom who was 1,200 miles away. I saw her face to face a couple of times a year, but we were on the phone regularly.
I still miss her, but I am comforted in knowing I will see her (and Dad) again.
Sending you a *hug* along with those prayers for your comfort, strength and peace.
