Space X has put at least 10 men into space in the last several years.

I can only imagine social media during the Apollo program.
The Constellation program was fine, but Zero wanted NASA for muzzie outreach and to dump the high-profile Bush-era program. Artemis is just yet another warmed-over Shuttle-derived vehicle, in fact, a warmed over Constellation program, and hence, 12-13 years late.
Meanwhile, SpaceX just carried out its 130-somethingth Falcon 9 landing, and by June had carried out more launches than it had done in all of 2021, which was the most they'd ever done.
SpaceX isn't going to wait for NASA, the return of humans to the Moon will be by SpaceX. SpaceX will also put the first humans to Mars (and maybe back, if it's not a landing mission).
NASA is just another stupid federal bureaucracy, and should forego any more systems construction (which is done by private contractors anyway).

No, we can't. Neither of them has a Moon capable manned rocket. The job might be doable with Falcon Heavy, but it's neither man-rated, nor big enough to do the job in one launch. Nothing else is close.
If all you want is LEO, Falcon 9 + Crew Dragon is currently your best bet.

Well you have identified the problem, Congress. NASA is nothing more than a political tool to spread money. Like Amtrak, NASA will never be really successful because of politicians controlling it.
98 billion budget for 40 year old technology and it still doesn’t fly.
Give Elon Musk that budget and stay out of the way and he would more likely be on the way to Mars by now.
They better have an accident review board available on launch day. I have a bad feeling about this.....

Hooked up a client who waited two years as well. His only provider was a satellite system that had a looooong latency time and was $300+ per month. Finally got him hooked up with the 150’ extension cable and was two days away from installing the conduit for the underground travel then WHAM. He mowed the cable!
I gave him my 150’ cable and we got him up 100%.
My replacement cable just arrived and I hope to have it installed next week (using the included 75’ cable as a temp.)
It’s a good system and the app just keeps getting better!
