Well, we’ve been told they contained explosives, but they were rigged with timers that could not have detonated the device unless someone went and manually turned the dial to the “12 O’Clock” position, blowing themself up in the process. So I wouldn’t exactly call them “functional”.

My guess is that the planter is none other than Ray Epps Jr, or one of the capital police officers under orders from Nazi Pelousi and/or Droopy Dawg McConnell.

The DNC “bomb” was not placed until shortly before it was “discovered”, which is why the FIB is hiding the surveillance vids, which would other show that the “hooded man” didn’t actually place the bomb. They set it up that way to say it was there the night before, but also to allow them to place the “bomb” after the Secret Service screening of the premises ahead of Kamala’s presence there. If was placed the night before, the SS would have found it. Thus the selective editing of the video.
The RNC “bomb” was placed ahead of time, better hidden, and all set w/ “20 min to boom” (set but not active), with instructions to the chick who found it to find it exactly 20 min before the 1pm start of the Congressional session on election certification, and the DNC “bomb” was placed in order to be found after Kamala left the DNC hq.
