That's possible. He possibly looks a tiny bit too small. Again -- why would they put the person with supposedly the highest rank in a small chair in the corner? although we can't see the real president, Valerie Jarrett, from this angle.
However, reviewing the photo again, I think it's most likely not photoshopped, even though Zero is taking a beta male position. I think it's because
1) he is out of his depth and is "hiding in the back of the classroom"
2) he was not the alpha dog in reality, and
3) he is not computer fluent in that situation, so others are sitting where the computers appear to be previously set up.
Regarding the computers, evidence that the one near Hillary is slightly photoshopped is that someone has pixilated the contents of the sheet of paper on the keypad so that they remain confidential to "outsiders". It's interesting, though, that the rust and tan tones of the color printing are dimly reflected on the laptop screen in a way that seems not only authentic, but not something a photoshop manipulator would have thought of. In other words, the paper was really there on that computer at some moment in time!
As for the guy in the dress shirt who looks lit individually, it's possible that the lighting is not the typical long white plastic covers over long fluorescent tubes; but rather is recessed spot lights in the ceiling, or track lights that can be individually aimed.
When I first compared the brightly lit guy in the doorway with the red-faced guy in front of him, I was thinking, no way! Because I had assumed overall, diffused fluorescent lighting. But looking again, I do see a gleam on the red-faced guy's bald head, then the lit up guy in the doorway, then a gleam also on the brown-haired woman behind him, indicating a spotlight or track light above the brightly lit guy, casting its light mainly on him but less so on the other people around him—but up out of our field of vision.
