enjoy!
I wouldn’t waste a good beer on brats.
THAT’S IT !!!
THe one my parents bought was white.
You had to use skinless dogs. I remember that my parents used the regular dogs, Malecki’s Polka Brand (Buffalo) and they exploded. It took an otherwise good hot dog and turned it into a leatherized nightmare
. - . - .
Try a Sechrist dog on a Martin's potato roll.
The greatest hot dogs are subjective, of course, but connoisseurs should at least try Abeles and Heymann (A&H) kosher dogs available at Trader Joe’s.
No Trader Joe’s nearby. My Sam’s club serves the Nathans at their snack bar. The soft serve ice cream is also outstanding.
Open a can of silver floss sauerkraut. Put in a medium sized saucepan with a can of beer. Add one pack of hot dogs and bring to a boil until the dogs plump up. Place on a warmed roll with kraut, mustard, onions, relish, and maybe some sport peppers or jalapeños.
Love me some Nathans too, they're the best.
Those I grill. Plenty of Kosciusko's Mustard on a toasted hot dog roll. MMMM, good!
Dirty water NYC style sounds disgusting. Just fry brats or hot dogs. Then for some fun add some onions and green peppers, pour in a can of average beer and simmer until the beer becomes a sauce.
