I went to IL website and reviewed requirement to get FOID card. It is a long difficult task. Training required. Face to face interview,affidavit of support from father. Etc. that is not for a CCC ,just to own or buy. His father was nuts if not fraudster to sign for him. He should be prosecuted somehow.
