It came from an observation that, back in the day, when a female teacher got busted doing this, if she was attractive, she would usually get away with it, but if she was unattractive, she’d get convicted.
This one would be a “not guilty”, I’d say. But times have changed.

Yeah, that’s the technical definition, but in common parlance, it’s usually used almost always to mean the “deliveries in rear” type of act. So I can see how some are confused.
