When the family learned of the on-going hazing actions where he was driven to the point of exhaustion and emotion pain, WHY THE 451556564 did they pick up a phone to call the University/College.

They do bear some responsibility.

I find out my kid is doing something this detrimental, you can bet your arse I would be raising hell. It would have been the FREAKING first call I make - to the university/college and the SECOND call would be to a local prosecutor... or ANYONE that has a bone to pick with Frats and hazing.....

Did you mean a 105 shell casing?

I wondered the same thing. A 105 is bad enough; but a 155 is as tall as a man's chest. Here is the 105(looks like 2 liters) and the 155 next to a soda can:

The 155 is just the round though, it doesn’t have a casing, plus it weighs about 93 or 98 pounds.

The powder bags are separate and rammed in behind the 155 shell.
