Russia uses drones more extensively than Ukraine and hundreds of manned aircraft fly sorties on a daily basis. If YouTube censors it, it doesn’t mean you can’t see it from other sources.
It is also worth mentioning that most of the Ukrainian videos are caps from video games, whereas Russian videos are authentic.

“where we armed the Taliban with Stingers”.

I think it is not pedantic to say that the Mujahideen and the Taliban are very different and that America armed the Mujahideen.

Taliban was founded only in 1994 and their manpower base was very young boys from religious orphanages in Pakistan. These boys had never known anything resembling a normal life. Many of them didn’t even remember ever seeing a female person because they were too young when the orphanage took them in and from that time on it was just clerics and other boys.

Our support was definitely to Massoud in the Panjshir Valley before he was tricked into a meeting with Taliban and assassinated in 2001. I see his London educated son Ahmad is being very careful in this meeting with Taliban representatives who are also being very careful. Representatives for both meet and reported back to their chief(s). This was the last report I could find which apparently was Feb. 24, 2022. Wasn’t that the day Russia invaded Ukraine? So, no more attention to the Afghan issues for the moment. I remember being very upset about the Ahmad Shah Massoud assassination which occurred 2 days before 9/11. Interesting timing, What other power might have assisted? Subsequently my son served in Afghanistan in 2006 and 2013, so I remain interested. I wonder what this 23 year old son with 5 sisters might accomplish?

Ahmad Shah Massoud was always an American friend.

Just before 9/11 he warned that al-Qaeda is going to do something big. He said he doesn’t know what yet, but he’ll find out.

Then al-Qaeda murdered him on 9/9 and carried out their attack on 9/11.
