Local DOH are repositorys for hiring and promoting anything ‘woke’ -incredible waste of tax payer $. And they play shell game of diverting grant money by playing games with technical wording of where monies are supposed to go and also ‘using up’ monies so they can get more. They consider their work honorable of highest order of course 😉
