That alone makes him not a natural born citizen.

He was born with foreign nationality, the very condition the founders were prohibiting with the natural born citizen clause.

We have lots of fans of children of foreigners here on FR that don’t care what the Constitution says if it makes their favorite ineligible.
They will twist themselves in knots to make foreigners eligible, despite the stated purpose of the clause to exclude them.

They self admitted the British Nationality Act of 1948 governed little Barry [1], and thus he wasn't a natural born Citizen. Yet, nobody in a position of power cared enough to do anything about it.
