the drug in the eye dropper, to be used on Howard based on the post-its.I'm thinking that part of the plan will go very wrong.
They'll be able to work around the one-armed judge problem, but when they slip Howard the drug ... he might drop dead with a heart-attack.

Aren’t Jimmy and Kim doing this to accelerate closing the Sandpiper case — and a big payoff?Yeah ... but with each new episode, we see how Jimmy and Kim are becoming legitimately successful. Kim was all but guaranteed her dream job.
So there's less and less motivation for them to go through with this very elaborate plan (at least as far as we've been allowed to see).

I’ll bo back and watch again.
The series is about to jump the shark, IMO with this vendetta against Richard the lawyer...
