I always liked beets best as Harvard Beets, with the kind of sweet and sour sauce.
Plain beets were often just nasty..

thats not how these you tube videos are set up....lots of talk upfront before the real information...frankly I try to skip ahead but sometimes I get tired of it....
very very few people have that much space for all that....
go with the veggies that will be heavy producers and are reasonably storable...

winter squash, beans, tomatoes, and potatoes, ...onions...loose leaf lettuce, cabbage, carrots,peppers, beets.
Agreed. We don’t have the room either. Potatoes, beans, onions, tomatoes, peppers, sweet potatoes and a few other things are a must for us. Why waste our space on radishes and kale? We don’t eat those.
If you like it, go for it. Personally, I prefer the taste of beet greens over swiss chard. Especially the giant ones that are bred for making sugar.
