Durham has granted immunity to “Researcher-2” - identified as David Dagon.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I figured the GA Tech professor would sing.

here’s a piece from last fall that mentions dagon, icymi:

btw, dagon also holds a JD degree, so established credibility when he cautioned against this scheme, imo

also makes him a good GJ witness.

When you have the time, watch this Rachel Maddow video where she defends Researcher 1 and Researcher 2. It's worth watching for a chuckle.

Might be Nellie Ohr that gets immunity. Durham is the DOJ clean up man. Everything he has done so far is CYA for them.

“I hope they gave trial immunity to Steele because he already spilled his guts on who ordered and paid for the CRIME.”

As I recall, during the first two years of the Trump administration, the GOP held both the House and the Senate. Team Mueller, as well as House and Senate Committees were investigating the alleged Trump collusion with Putin. How many times did those GOP investigators put Christopher Steele on the stand under oath given it was known Steele constructed the dossier? ZERO. Why?

Consider also most of those GOP Congressmen and Senators on the committees doing the oversight and investigation were attorneys. Conservatives voting for the GOP are either electing the most inept attorneys in America to Congress, or the people we are electing are fully invested in the corruption.

“Still Sussman is likely to be disbarred and face a civil lawsuit if he is convicted that could absolutely ruin him financially. He could face that even if he is not convicted.”

Look at the experience of John Dean, Nixon’s lawyer. He pled guilty to obstruction of justice, served some time (only 4 months), and was disbarred. After Watergate he has lived a pretty good life. He became an investment banker, author, and lecturer based in Beverly Hills, California. In recent years he was a sharp critic of President Trump and appeared on cable news networks where he could air his criticisms to a large audience.

The Dean precedent shows if Sussman is the designated fall guy, and does what he is told, he will be taken care of. Financial ruin is not a concern for those who play the roles they are assigned well.

Bombshell
Walls are closing in
Earth shattering
Mind numbing...

Yeah, Biden’s DOJ will get right on this. There is zero doubt in my mind that all these investigations are nothing more than “investigations to find, and destroy all the evidence of corruption while fabricate “evidence” that the swamp rats are all just wonderful people. There is not a single honorable or honest person in the whole cesspool.

Is Sussman high enough in the conspiracy to tag Hillary?

Not only THAT.

In May of 2017, when firing Mueller was briefly on the table, Mitch McConnell warned Trump he would be impeached and removed if he did that.

I posted two other articles today about what Durham is up to. This Telegram channel has more info than I can ever copy and paste or understand with my limited non-legal brain. But I try. I read several Telegram channels and get a lot of news, I am not a member either. No one should worry about statue of limitations.

https://t.me/s/drawandstrikechannel/38003

Remember, the 5 year clock does not start ticking until the last overt act is taken to further the criminal conspiracy.

You know what Sussmann’s last overt act was to keep the Trump/Russia hoax conspiracy going? And since it’s a conspiracy, any of Sussmann’s coconspirators could have done something in 2018, 2019, 2020, hell maybe even THIS YEAR to try to cover up what they did.

Trying to continue covering up and hiding your criminal conspiracy is...guess what?

AN OVERT ACT TO FURTHER THE CONSPIRACY.

So Durham quickly dispenses with the “statute already ran out!” dodge.

Durham has been ‘’investigating'' this whole thing for what, almost five years?

He hasn't come up with anything of consequence and it seems all he's doing is running out the clock.
