I'm surprised he can even walk. What a recovery!
Good one. I’d never leave home.
But since I’m not a judge or jury, I don’t really care what golfers do in their private lives. Nice to see good families like Rory’s though. I met a professional golfer decades ago and asked him if those nice clean-cut golfers bleeped around.
“All of them do all the time. Women just throw themselves at them.”
It was a bad car wreck. He is lucky.
Love that picture of Tiger and Charlie with the Prez. Charlie is going to be as good at golf as Tiger was. Can hardly wait for him to get old enough to play with men.
As a group, golfers are the athletes I admire the most. Most are fairly religious family men. They mostly all have gorgeous wives so why fool around.
My question is: Will the Audubon Society protest Tiger’s attack on birdies?
Me too. It takes a lot of work to reach the PGA Tour. And a lot of work to remain on it.
Yesterday during the Par 3 they introduced Webb Simpson, Tony Finau, and Bubba Watson.. Combined they have twelve children.
I think Webb and Bubba are devout Christians.
The woman who became Ben Crenshaw’s fist wife... Hey father basically put her on display at the Hartford tournament for the golfers to see. She was still in high school. Crenshaw was smitten - I believe he was her date at her senior prom. In the long run the marriage didn’t work out.
Why indeed? Go figure.
Interesting tweet from golf writer @Daniel_Rapaport:
As for why scores are so high...
1. Course is wet and playing super long.
2. Wind is gusty.
3. The greens are soft but they’re still fast, so really hard to control spin especially with how severe the greens/run-offs are at Augusta.
Tiger was in a horrible car accident. For him to be able to return to golf at this level is a tribute to his athleticism and work ethic. Very few people could do this.
After his injuries, crazy that he’s playing!
& holding his own..
He’s missed a few putts or would be on leaderboard
+1👍
A birdie and a fist pump for Tiger at 16.
He's back to under par. pic.twitter.com/17VLYKSz2K— GOLF on CBS ⛳ (@GOLFonCBS) April 7, 2022
He’s got a chance for Birdie at 17! Go TWoo!!
Missed it
