I believe less than half of what I see on the news. Even if they have the story straight they are missing key facts which is enough to influence.

They had to pay “conservatives” $15/hour to get them to watch CNN.
And how! Maybe that's why it it's still practiced, studied and refined.
But I'm a little disappointed that Fox viewers would accept a measly $15 an hour to endure that. And, I bet that miserable compensation left out Medical or Dental coverage.

I came to the same realization about television news through the Reagan Administration’s time, too.
I also stopped watching network news of any consequence and watched Fox News as that later became available, then stopped that about 20 years ago.
Like Chris Wallace.....Neil Cavuto & Arthel Neville, FNC/FBN must go, be fired or, thrown into the nearest garbage can....immediately. They both stink & smell....to high heaven...period!!! And...FNC & FBN start showing the Weekly Trump Rallies...period. I easily view Trumpie on NewsMax Or Right Side Broadcasting!!!

I have never had cable, so I never watched Fox or CNN. I also became disgusted with the print media, and stopped reading newspapers and periodicals like Time, US News and World Report, etc.
Like I said, I became convinced they were not telling me what the reality of a given situation was, they were telling what they wanted me to think the reality of a given situation was.
