Truth Social is flailing, and Trump is establishing a presence on Gettr. I think that's his Plan B.

Elon Musk establishing a large stock ownership at Twitter may also be a part of a Trump Plan B.

Trump is an exceptional businessman, and he knows when to cut bait. He cut bait with Trump Steaks, Trump Bottled Water, Trump Mattresses (I sleep on one), and the World Football League. I'm seeing signs he may be preparing to cut bait on Truth Social.

Beside reading Bracken, you might want to read The Devil's Advocate, Taylor Caldwell's 1952 novella. It also illustrates how a tyrannical government can be taken down.

All platforms were supposed to be ready by March 31. Even the Apple platform is not completely ready. There are no new rollout dates for Samsung or desktops. Two key players have left.

What happened?

My impression is that the people who sold the Truth Social concept to Trump in January 2021 came up with an implementation plan where the schedule was so aggressive as to be unrealistic. They're paying the price for that now.

The fact that Adams and Boozer are out indicates a rift between management and developers.

I retired from decades in Information Technology and had my share of project management. I've had my hand slapped more than once.

Clausewitz said that no battle plan survives first contact with the enemy. I've come to the conclusion that no project plan survives first contact with reality.

Bill that would allow ivermectin to be sold over-the-counter in TN passes Senate

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WJHL) – A local lawmaker has co-sponsored a bill that would allow ivermectin to be sold over the counter in Tennessee without a prescription. On Wednesday, the bill co-sponsored by Sen. Rusty Crowe (R-Johnson City) was passed by the state Senate.

Senate Bill 2188 was introduced by Sen. Frank Niceley (R-Strawberry Plains) on Jan. 31. Crowe became one of the bill’s co-sponsors as it made its way past committees in the Senate. It passed in the Senate with a vote of 23-6.

The bill would authorize “ivermectin suitable for human use” to be sold or bought as an over-the-counter medication in Tennessee without a prescription. Pharmacists and other licensed healthcare providers would not be required to provide a consultation prior to the sale either.
