I don’t write the concessions contracts and I doubt you do either. But if I was writing one, I sure as hell would demand specific operational hours for both...and companies would be free to not bid.

Maybe; I’m just looking at it from the traveler’s viewpoint. I’m not a fan of Chick-fil-A food either way; nothing wrong with it and the restaurants are nice - just not my cup of tea.

Yep, it will be interesting to watch. I just know what I would do if I were in charge of leasing out real estate on a toll road.
