“Roll into Poland.”

Yeah, right. After getting chewed up but good by a ragtag Ukrainian Army sporting no tanks more modern than a T-80 right next door, the invincible Russkies will just roll into a Poland that has 1,000 tanks (including a LOT more modern, and Western, ones than Ukraine had/has), plus a capable air force, and which has been training for just such an invasion for decades. Oh, and the Poles are 500+ miles to the West of Ukraine, thus putting even more stress on the Russky supply lines that are already a shambles.

“...if Puting rolls up Ukraine by Spring...” - yeah, well, if your grandmother had balls, she’d be your grandfather.

My crystal ball is still in the shop, but I’m glad yours is working. Got next weeks lottery numbers while you are at it?

Jus a couple weeks ago prognosticators were saying Putin would never send troops in and this was all saber rattling. And here we are...

No crystal ball is needed to see that the Russian Army is not performing up to expectations. Given that, the odds of them even trying to go into NATO-member Poland at some point in the near future are somewhere between slim and none.

Now, if the Poles supply Mig-29s to Ukraine, that’ll change the calculus...but I will go out on a limb and say that the Russians will limit their response to bombing a few Polish airbases - a wholesale invasion is pretty much a guarantee that the entirety of NATO gets involved, and our combat capabilities are rather better than those of Ukraine.
