It is easier to list countries which are not corrupt.

“As FreeRepublic has already documented, George Soros has spoken his support for Ukraine”

Because Soros has his own agenda and personal interests in Ukraine and is only interested in that, not the freedom of the Ukrainian people.

I didn't say he hasn't put thought into it. It's just that the thought amounts to siding with Putin because of who is siding with Ukraine.

It's also the ridiculous claim that Putin was forced or tricked into starting this war, while ignoring Putin's own statements about wanting to reconstitute the former bits of the Soviet Union.

Whatever possible legitimacy this had was thrown out the window when he went way past the Russian speaking parts of Ukraine, and even threatened Finland and Sweden - the latter of which doesn't even share a border with Russia.

The same could be said of the U.S. - it's made up of illegally obtained parts of Mexico and Great Britain.

And by your logic, Israel should also be wiped of the map.

The deep state thrives on chaos. They want as many people as possible fighting against each other so they don’t go after the deep state. Ukraine sure sucked the momentum out of the freedom movement.

That’s the major reason behind political parties. They’re there to divide the people and divert them from attacking the government.

Russia is working with China now, so while Ukraine is not angel your theory doesn’t hold water

Here’s why Russia now working with China wants Ukraine: 1st in Europe in proven recoverable reserves of uranium ores;
2nd place in Europe and 10th place in the world in terms of titanium ore reserves;
2nd place in the world in terms of explored reserves of manganese ores (2.3 billion tons, or 12% of the world’s reserves);
2nd largest iron ore reserves in the world (30 billion tons);
2nd place in Europe in terms of mercury ore reserves;
3rd place in Europe (13th place in the world) in shale gas reserves (22 trillion cubic meters)
4th in the world by the total value of natural resources;

Shows? You might want to read what you wrote before posting.

It's just that the thought amounts to siding with Putin because of who is siding with Ukraine.

As long as it's understood why they are siding with Ukraine. Liberals side with Ukraine because they believe Putin stole the election from Hillary in 2016, they don't really care about Ukraine, they just want to see Putin hang.

“If anyone on the left is in favor of something, we automatically should take the opposite position no matter how ridiculous it may be.”

Perhaps you tell us what the word AUTOMATICALLY means then?

Thing is...I couldn't care less if or why the left is siding with Ukraine. The situation should be judged on it's own merits regardless of who is "rooting" for whom.

Putin is trying to conquer a neighboring sovereign nation, has openly threatened other sovereign nations with unjustified military action, and China is watching to see how we respond.

That's enough for me regardless of which side the Biden's are on.

Trump opposes the invasion. During his Presidency he worked to prevent it and it did not happen on his watch.

How do those facts that fit into your world view?
Was Trump wrong to prevent Russia from invading Ukraine?
Is Trump wrong, for the sole reason Soros also opposes the invasion?

Putin is against the NWO only because he want his own version of it.
Remember he tried to join NATO before and was rebuffed.
So because theNWO didn’t want him, he figured he’d make his own.
There are no clean hands in this conflict, but Putin is the one that started the violence and is blustering about nuclear weapons, so he needs to go down.

So Is Russia going to get the same kind of treatment we got in Iraq and Afghanistan?? However we lost a hell of a lot more men in Vietnam in shorter time span..

“It seems to me that Putin now has two options—lose this war, or go big. Both are scary for him and the world.”

Yep. That makes things very dangerous. He needs to be given a third option - some face-saving thing, a bone of some type.

Either that or he needs to be offed - quickly.

However, he is a Russian first--not a Deep State thug

Wow, could you have said something more demonstrably false. He's Deep State for Russia and the U.S.

Putin is doing all the things in his own country, that you hate people for doing to the U.S. Do you actually like Bill and Hillary? Because they are amateurs at their game compared to Putin. Basically, he's enriched his cronies at the expense of the people of Russia. If he were a U.S. leader, you'd be shouting that e was a globalist. But since he is the leader of another country, somehow he is good?

And he has the backing of U.S. leaders like Obama and Bush. Do you like those guys?

And who is his biggest international ally? That would be Xi Jinping.

I'm sorry, you've posted smart things elsewhere, but what you've said on this thread is beyond nonsense. By any objective standards, V. Putin would be one of the most Deep State leaders in the world.

For some who aren’t particularly deep thinkers it is.

Trump would figure out how to make a deal so both sides could walk away with some honor.
