In chit chat: Are Conservatives cheering on a communist dictator? I see this claim on MSM and here at FR.

just in order to keep Ukrainian cash flowing to Biden, Pelosi, Kerry and Romney. They all have sons working for Ukrainian gas companies.

The Energy Spice will flow through Ukraine, and the scions of the DNC biggies are attached like ticks to that money bloodline.

It doesn’t bother you a little that your thinking is in lock-step with entities like the legacy media, the biden administration, establishment politicians and the entirety of the US bureaucracy? When was the last time any of these entities acted in your, or America’s best interest?

I heard that Trump said Putin was "smart." The left morphed that obviously-true statement into "Trump supports Putin."

Trump also said that the Afghan Taliban leaders with whom he negotiated were smart. That obviously did not mean that he supported their conquest of Afghanistan. What kind of idiot would believe it did?

Serious question.

Other than the visceral hatred and knee jerk reaction that many on FR have to anything Russian, or Putin, because they were our enemy from 1946 on, why should I hate Russia and love Ukraine?

What is so positive and good about the Ukraine that they deserve my support?

The Qtards believe he is cleaning up the deep state by destroying bioweapons labs and ending the Clinton/Biden money laundering operations in Ukraine. Lmao.

“I haven’t seen any support for Putin anywhere, here or otherwise...”

There are a few. There was a list posted a couple days ago. But, you’ll know them when you see them. Russia has people on this site, as I’m sure on other sites. I’m sure we have posters on pro-Russian sites. It’s all part of “The Big Game”, 21st century edition.

If the Gateway Pundit is supporting Putin in this fiasco, then they are even more idiotic that I already believe them to be.

I see that alot. They also constantly say FoxNews is telling people not to get vaccinated, yet every time I turn on FoxNews they're harping on the need to get the vaccine.

Liberals make stuff up then get mad about it.

My sense is that there is this idea among some people that because Putin is pro-Russian family formation and anti-LBTGQWhatever and claims he is against the globalists, that therefore he must be on our side.

This is based on the logical fallacy that “the enemy of my enemy is my friend”

But it’s not necessarily true, sometimes the enemy of my enemy is an even greater enemy to me.

I hate to seem overly black-pilled but the truth of the matter is, we American conservatives who love the principles of our Declaration of Independence and the “negative liberties” as Obama put in our Constitution and who love our freedoms, we don’t have many allies in the world.

So I say our attitude should be that of WWII General McAuliff:

“We are surrounded by the enemy. That means we have the greatest opportunity ever presented to an army. We can attack in any direction we choose.”

You don’t have to support Russia, or Putin to believe that there is no U.S. National interest invoved in Ukraine.

If Europe wants to do something about it, they are welcome to spend their own blood and treasure on the effort.

I’ve seen a handful of people on FR that seem to be supporting Putin, I suspect they are trolls, but if they are, they have been trolling a long time.

I think there are more people who don’t want to get involved at all. They have a dislike for Ukraine because of the Joe Biden/Hunter Biden Burisma kick backs.

But I think most people here are supportive of Ukraine.

And the claims that Trump praised Putin and is supporting the invasion is just nonsense. Trump said Putin was savvy for waiting until Trump was out of office. And he said Putin was smart, and the problem is our leaders are dumb.

Trump also said at CPAC that an invasion of Ukraine would never have happened on his watch. And that he was the one who sent Javelin anti-tank missles to Ukraine, where the Obama administration had sent only blankets.

Trump also told Germany and NATO that should be paying more for their own defense. Russia has woken NATO up by this invasion.

Putin hasn’t been a communist for 30 years. But Biden and Kamala are ones today.

All he said was, “look, Putin isn’t stupid” and then went on to explain why Putin felt NATO and Biden were weak. Just like under Obama when he took Crimea.

There surely is.

But they aren’t conservatives. They’re netagandists.

They invade every forum on the Internet.

My opinion. This war created by the Crime family was cover for the Covid narrative failing. Covid was cover for stolen elections world wide (not just the US.)
Crime family knew adding the Ukraine into NATO would force a war.

An honest view of what is going on is smeared as support by the flim flams. Biden has given him quite a bit of support. He cancelled a huge pipeline from Canada to here, easily doubling Russia’s profit from oil. Then Biden opened up another huge pipeline from Russia to Western Europe, Then told Putin a minor incursion is okey dokey. Sounds like projection to me.

Duda’s Poland is heavily supporting Ukraine. He’s as solid as it gets. That should be enough for conservatives. Putin is poison now. We must not give him aid and comfort while his ballistic missiles and cluster bombs rain on civilians. That will marginalizes the MAGA movement. Guaranteed.
