“animal abuse caused covid, send us money.”
SNL could use that for a skit,,

It is a show that follows the polls like our politicians, instead of common sense and science, and at the cost of lives and destroyed dreams’ and economies.

I guess that’s how the writers and performers would like for it to be but it’s just not the case. If SNL is at all influential these days, it’s because so many people have bad taste and a poor sense of humor. The overall quality of pop culture is inferior to that of the past.
I bet SNL submits their scripts to the DNC for approval.

The DNC is begging for the end of that Covid crisis. It violates the Rules for Rsdicals. A crisis (of your own making) dragged on too long is counterproductive, bad for morale. Move ahead. My guess the escape strategies involve soft retreats in the form of things like SNL parody. Letting evolution get that wreck off of your back.
