SpikeVax and Cominarty are not available in the US. They may or may not be interchangeable with Moderna and Pfizer in terms of content, but they are legally distinct in that the manufacturer cannot be sued for vaccine injury, and that they are not subject to the no-fault rules and compensation of the Federal Vaccine Court.
Your link used the same weasel words as you did. They say they are interchangeable, which they absolutely are not. Cominarty and Spikevax are the vaccine equivalent of “vaporware” in a legal sense.

Has nothing to do with Moderna and Pfizer being legally distinct. US law generally protects any vaccine manufacturer from being sued.
