Never been on the Crystal Ocean ships, but 5 cruises on their River boats....FABULOUS!!! After 30 minutes on the first one, I said to my husband....”I’ve been CRYSTALIZED”!

Well be glad you aren’t on the Crystal Symphony now.
An arrest warrant has been made against the ship, for non-payment of past fuel bills, and they decided not to return to Florida but go to the Bahamas instead. -Tom

Not paying your suppliers, especially your fuel suppliers is a horrible business model for a cruise ship company.

As credit markets tighten, more stories like this should appear over the next couple of years.

I hadn’t ordered the cappuccino, but I was indeed ready for one, which she somehow intuitively knew. She clearly had taken note in the days before that I liked to slowly sip on a coffee as I wrote in a corner of the room. She must have noticed that my coffee orders on board were invariably cappuccinos, not Americanos or lattes.

This is the style of service AI computers are best at... imitating the moves of a gracious insightful fawning human.
