Well, there’s a critical function of govt, if I ever saw one.

I do not see any mention of an ‘FDA’ (or an ATF, DEA, or EPA) in my copy of the Constitution.

The role of the government in regulating what someone puts into their body should be exactly zero.

“The Association for Dressing and Sauces petitioned for the standards to be revoked in 1998”

So the process to make this change took 23 years? Sounds about right for how efficient our government is.

Glad there’s nothing more important the FDA needs to worry about than French dressing.

Yesterday I had some Rustic Oven Sourdough bread and added butter and something I had not done before called “American Cheese”. It tasted real good.

Has anyone ever added cheese to buttered bread before?
I should patent it....

I suspect there are many foods labeled “American” around the world that aren’t available in the USA.

American cheese is not really cheese. It’s a mixture of cheese and extenders.

It took me forever to get my wife to buy real cheese slices.

A hamburger with real cheese on it (swiss, provolone, whatever) is so much better.

Time for this but not to “approve” ivermectin and hcq as kung flu treatments.
