No, that 18% are all the people that work for governments and government-dependent NGOs, corporations, and welfare recipients. All of the people who really don’t work for a living and are paid well to do so.

Trump had only 4 days at 39 and 1 day at 38 in 1400 daily Rasmussen polls. The 38 rating had a -25 Strongly Approve - Strongly Disapprove. So Biden’s current 38, combined with a -31 Strongly Approve - Strongly Disapprove is worse than Trump’s worst. Trumps worst days were in August 2017 when the media were relentlessly pushing the “fine people” hoax. Biden is making history, maybe Michelle can finally be “proud of her country”. I’m proud of the American people for seeing through the millions of lies they are told every day by our dishonest media (Fox and OAN excepted)
