Antibiotics addressed my mother’s issues with psoriasis. Subclinical bacterial infection(s) masquerading as an autoimmune disease. Just fyi.

Psoriasis has been present in varying degrees with me and all my siblings. We assume we got an inclination for it from our mother, who always had psoriasis plaques on her forearms.

With me it was all my life a very tiny and limited nuisance, until gradually in the first weeks after the MRna vaccine, then it gradually blossomed all over and now in recent weeks has receded from most of the new places. I can not see any life experience this past year that could have kicked it off, other than the MRna jab.

I am assuming it is receding now because the MRna production factories are receding. Wish I had not let fear of being locked out of travel lead me “astray”.

“ I asked the admins to yank this article, because immediately upon posting it…”

Oh goodness gracious that would have been a huge mistake to remove that pdf! I saved the link and will download the full document so it does not get lost. I read 22 pages and will finish the rest tomorrow.

It is very well written and sure seems to be well researched and cited.

I hope and pray these types of papers will continue because otherwise we are in for an even worse ride than we have been thorough in the last two years. A hell of a lot worse!

Being well over 65, with so-called comorbidities and enduring unrelenting pressure from all the docs I see to be vaxed, this piece of work is the first I have seen that lays it all out. It absolutely confirms my decision not to let a vax thought enter my little brain!

Thank you for posting this!!

Rapid induction of antigen-specific CD4+ T cells is associated with coordinated humoral and cellular immunity to SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccination

https://www.cell.com/immunity/fulltext/S1074-7613(21)00308-3

[EXCERPTS]

Highlights:

• mRNA vaccines generate antigen-specific T cells in a coordinated immune response

• Vaccine-induced T cells resemble the durable memory cells primed by infection

• Th1 and cTfh cell responses to the first dose correlate with second-dose responses

• SARS-CoV-2-recovered individuals benefit from the first but not the second dose

SUMMARY [Paragraph in portions, for easier reading]

SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccines have shown remarkable clinical efficacy, but questions remain about the nature and kinetics of T cell priming.

We performed longitudinal antigen-specific T cell analyses on healthy SARS-CoV-2-naive and recovered individuals prior to and following mRNA prime and boost vaccination.

Vaccination induced rapid antigen-specific CD4+ T cell responses in naive subjects after the first dose, whereas CD8+ T cell responses developed gradually and were variable in magnitude.

Vaccine-induced Th1 and Tfh cell responses following the first dose correlated with post-boost CD8+ T cells and neutralizing antibodies, respectively.

Integrated analysis revealed coordinated immune responses with distinct trajectories in SARS-CoV-2-naive and recovered individuals.

Last, whereas booster vaccination improved T cell responses in SARS-CoV-2-naive subjects, the second dose had little effect in SARS-CoV-2-recovered individuals.

These findings highlight the role of rapidly primed CD4+ T cells in coordinating responses to the second vaccine dose in SARS-CoV-2-naive individuals.

DISCUSSION [EXCERPT paragraph in portions, for easier reading]

One key observation was the rapid and universal induction of SARS-CoV-2-specific CD4+ T cells following the first vaccine dose in SARS-CoV-2-naive individuals.

This observation may be noteworthy given the gradual development of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells observed here and the previous observations for humoral responses (Goel et al., 2021; Jackson et al., 2020), which only consistently reach maximal levels after the second vaccine dose.

These data point to the early induction of antigen-specific CD4+ T cells as a possible contributor to the protection observed in clinical trials as early as two weeks after the first vaccine dose (Baden et al., 2021; Polack et al., 2020), when neutralizing antibody titers are still low in many individuals (Goel et al., 2021).

Indeed, CD4+ T cells can prevent symptomatic SARS-CoV infection in animal models (Zhao et al., 2016), and the rapid induction of antigen-specific CD4+ T cells after only a single vaccine dose may explain the disconnect between low neutralizing responses and vaccine-induced protective immunity following the first dose.

Infectious Disease ping - Covid vaccines explained authoritatively for scientific, as well as lay personel who desire general information.

(My comment) This is a comprehensive, succinct and scientific medical research discussion, with resources, corporal responses and reactions, pathologies,
transmissions, and possible unintended consequences of mRNA vaccines.
This posted discussion includes references, footnotes for the scientific reader,
as well as ongoing comments which include youtube and prior FR comments and postings for easier lay personnel understanding.

(From the OP): "The PDF file is over 40 pages. The document's references are approx. 11 pages.
This PDF file is stored at the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health (DPBH)."

(Continues from the OP): " We then review both components of, and the intended biological response to, these vaccines, including production of the spike protein itself,
and their potential relationship to a wide range of both acute and long-term induced pathologies,
such as blood disorders, neurodegenerative diseases and autoimmune diseases."

"Among these potential induced pathologies, we discuss the relevance of prion-protein-related amino acid sequences within the spike protein."

"We also present a brief review of studies supporting the potential for spike protein “shedding”,
transmission of the protein from a vaccinated to an unvaccinated person, resulting in symptoms induced in the latter."

"We finish by addressing a common point of debate, namely, whether or not these vaccines could modify the DNA of those receiving the vaccination."

H/T to linMcHlp for providing this information !

“God will protect those that repent and take no more.”

God will also help the people who help themselves and do not make the mistake of getting an experimental covid so-called vaccine (actually it is a drug - not a vaccine).
