Fascists who just can’t leave people who don’t bother others alone.

Pigs are smart, affectionate and can be quite personable. Some people just can’t mind their own business.

If I had an emotional support pig, I’d name it “Bacon.”

My first thought on seeing that photo:
Are they both wear Depends?

"Pigs are smart, affectionate and can be quite personable." Pigs can also provide useful services as outlined in Unintended Consequences.

Unfair! I want to bring my emotional support hornet nest on the plane with me!

Except for sick kids...and maybe combat vets...I'm *totally* opposed to “emotional support” animals.Dogs for the blind and deaf? Of course.Dogs for otter physical disabilities? Maybe. But not for anxiety and other such cr@p.

It’s no different than having a dog. Leave the man alone.

He should move to Arkansas.
One of my ancestors had a boar (Old Tusky) that managed to take out two bears. This was about 1735 in southern New Hampshire.

If he goes to prison, he should file a lawsuit insisting that he needs the pig in prison with him. It’s no less important than transgender prisoner accomodations.

I agree. 100 lbs isn’t that big. She must be a mini. There’s some dogs bigger than that.

the town’s new laws against keeping farm or domesticated animals, are just a bunch of hogwash. So, they are outlawing cats and dogs as well?

I have a friend who had a large, sometimes barky, Rotweiler. One day his daughter brought home a baby pygmy goat. Guess what he was called on? (P.S. the Rotweiler bit a little girl, and so the dog was sent to a farm).

How is this a crime?
Leave the man alone. Pot-bellied pigs have been used as pets a for a long time.
Does the law equally make it illegal for snake ownership?

Dogs can detect blood sugar problems in people with diabetes, and can alert to an impending seizures. There are medical abilities dogs can provide that we have no other test for.
