This will have zero impact in deep red areas. Restaurants are packed and the people living there have been ignoring mandates, dictates, pleas, and strong suggestions for quite awhile now.

Yes, indeed— do what the authority in uniform says. And it’s such a nice uniform (that death skull adds “culture”). Justice.. real justice needs to come to Fauci et al (including Xi Ping, but that’s later and hopefully from inside Cathay).
It’s better to go to a big open restaurant with good ventilation that works 100x’s more than masks (which don’t work) and go in and go out. Than it is to sit in a room in a house with a bunch of people who are hanging around lingering with poor ventilation and whatever is floating around in the stays suspended. Fauci still doesn’t follow the science.
Just in the last two days I know 5 who got it, including two liberal supervaxxed and boostered who kept their poor 9 year old kid away from life for a whole year. Actually for the supervaxxed couple who put their lives on hold for a year this is their second time infected.
I have definitely now been exposed, so I guess we will see what happens
All of you who “followed the science, did your part, did the right thing” took the untested jabs with the promise of life returning to normal. Talked down to those who didn’t take it. How do you feel now knowing you’ve taken something into your bodies that may or may not have dire health consequences. Go through all this and turn around and be told you can still: catch covid, carry it to others, can’t go out and enjoy a normal life and die from it.
I know of at least one person who fits your description exactly. She's the left-winger daughter of a friend of mine, life-long liberal, public employee in a northeastern state.
She's a vegetarian and a school district employee. Practically as left-wing as you can get. She's also vehemently against compulsory vaccinations, for herself or any members of her family. He husband, a highly-paid medical device salesman, is no longer allowed in the hospitals he must visit as part of his job; she is afraid he will soon be fired.
Her daughter (my friend's granddaughter) is not going to be allowed to participate in school band or after-school sports because she isn't vaccinated.
A few days ago, the woman told her mother "I want to move to a Republican state." She's serious. They're going to put their $500K house on the market and leave. For this woman to have said such a thing, let alone seriously undertake to do it, is monumental.
Now multiply that by millions.

All the unvaxxed people I know who acted normal didn’t get sick, or if they did, it was short lived and they haven’t been sick again.

An acquaintance posted a warning to be careful out there because a friend of his performed a musical gig and despite being vaxxed and boosted, the individual contracted the bug as well as 4 others. One being very ill. Despite being vaxxed and boosted. Blame? Unvaxxed miscreants. No, they are idiots to have bought the fauci-isms.
