Hi there! Did some digging for an answer to your dilemma.
The email for which you are waiting.... have you checked your spam box, it might have landed there rather than your In Box.

This found in the tips and tricks app (to be found in the streaming channels store).

Also, a contact for Roku help,
enter into your browser:
support.roku.com
Have you tried the support found there?

Hopefully, the information found on Tips and Tricks will be of help to DH as he searches for password and ability to change our email addy. Fingers crossed this works for you.
Good Luck!

Sounds like you gave it your best try.
Sometimes it’s just worth it to pay for the stream or sat.
I get about 56 channels OTA here in middle Indiana with a medium sized antenna in the attic but there’s really only about a half dozen that ever get watched.

Back in the 80s, found the hard facts, when living far from
a metropolis, TV viewing is very ‘iffy’. In those earlier times there was a service available called “VEU TV”
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VEU

At least we were able to get something of interest. When they defaulted, DH contracted the satellite urge and purchased the necessary, subscribing to ORBIT magazine, becoming immersed in the names of each and location, the jargon learned was eventually forgotten. After freedom to
view just about anything aired at no cost, the big wheels turned and the industry slowly faded away. The big dish still sitting in the field when we eventually moved from that location. Rather than paying for unwatchable programs, cable was avoided. Roku has been more than enough
to fill our entertainment needs. Needless to say, our trips
to movie theaters/drive-ins is now obliterated. The last movie seen in a theater would have been Jurassic Park, just saying :)

well, I’ve enjoyed adding this. Thanks for the heads up!

Redbox and Xumo on Roku also have live streaming channels now as well.

Yep, Both apps have been added as they do have free streaming on some things.
Though lax at times, attempt to go through the store channels offered each month and check them out. Some are worth loading, some are unworthy of notice, but there might
be one gem found in the mix. Thankful that those of us living in the boondocks have access to such entertainment.

Be assured, when one is found and considered a gem, the town crier will put notice on board should others want to take a
peak.

After all, we’re all in this together!

Happy New Year and happy streaming :-)

I bought a Roku LE from Walmart and it is great. So easy to setup. I have DISH and the company that own the CBS affiliates is trying to strongarm dish. They want a lot more money and are not improving their channl. With Roku I just go to CBS and watch only shows I want. It has also given me a lot of movie channels to watch.

Ours came from WalMart as well, about 6 years ago.
During this time we’ve seen ROKU grow to offer more choice and (dare I say it?) diversity in its offerings. Thinking
we might get another soon. Both of us retired, one tee vee
is not near enough! Different interests, different viewing
habits. LOL Save a marriage. Two televisions, two ROKUs,
Two remote controls. Then everybody’s happy.

You might want to sign up for their blog/guide, giving news of coming attractions, channels, etc. by email throughout the year.

Managing your streaming channel choices might be made easier
on this site rather than from your tee vee:

Happy New Year and happy streaming.

Since you said you moved to an area with poor antenna reception, for AntennaTV, you might try the new “LocalBTV” Roku app and see if your local affiliate is streaming on it. However, don’t try another zip code to try to get out of market channels that isn’t in your area or you will get locked out of the app - unless you are able to use a VPN or something that will allow you access. It is a free app, and also has a free DVR (though it seems to take a couple of weeks of it to let you watch your recordings). https://www.localbtv.com/markets - they are slowly adding more markets.

The other night atmospheric or weather conditions were causing signal disruptions for my local MeTV affiliate so I had to use this Free 2 View app to watch the channel...was grateful you gave us the heads up about it. :-)

Thanks for the tip. Actually was missing the UHF channels from the DFW area. We now live further north and seldom have the appropriate weather conditions to receive those stations.
Once Free 2 view app was found and installed,we now have about all we did have at the time of the move.. For important live stream such as weather, etc. the Sherman/Denison and the Oklahoma station have apps which help should we need to know what’s going on around us.

There seems to be next to nothing on most networks these days so we can’t be missing too much. Now able to view COZI, MOVIES TV NETWORK, and the other assorted UHF channels; color us as happy campers :-) All this and WAR ROOM AND A TRUMP Rally on occasion...what’s not to like? :-)

Happy Streaming.

DFW area may not yet be on there - but specifically it appears the AntennaTV network is on it in the markets they currently have agreements to stream...may be something to keep an eye on.

Will do that! Antenna and THIS are two networks not included in Free2View. THIS is remembered as showing decent movies. Antenna, more of the oldie but goodie tv shows. Will keep an eye out. :-)

About 10 years with a ROKU.

Cancelled my cable TV over five years ago. No more need for it. Since then I've cancelled Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu as well. ROKU offers unlimited content.

Roku streaming over the internet is the way to go.

Cannot believe this series has been found (after years of searching). To find familiar old shows is like crossing paths with old friends after years of absence.
We’ve certainly enjoyed ours. Not only is it cheaper than
Direct TV, it is more dependable than Direct TV. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

99% of the channels on Roku are junk, but there are a few dozen completely free channels that have quality stuff - coupled with an antenna, zero reason to pay for anything.
