The military and intelligence branches also have other euphemistic acronyms such as
UCA [Useful Credulous Asset]
CDO [Compromised Disinformation Operative]
CIS [Co-opted Intelligence Source]
Have you read that book? How does it compare to “Man Made UFOs” by Childress and Vesco?
You confuse their “official” accounts with their private ones. I used to communicate directly with General Marcel before he died.
The only “alien tech” I can remember reading about was Velcro.
The Super Ball was another notable one.
To summarize: <5% of reported UFO sightings are unexplainable. These break the laws of physics and are real but not physical. Those who see them have invited them by dabbling in occultic practices; once they stop, the appearances cease. Conclusion: demons.
Dr. Ross, as a Christian astronomer and subsequently as a pastor, then as the founder and president of a science-faith think-tank, has decades of personal experience investigating these incidents. You can't go wrong with this book--nor with any of his.
We can do that. I wish we could sit and have a few beers together. That would be fun. We might even survive the experience. Maybe. ;-D
Have you read “The Andreasson Affair”, by Ray Fowler? It describes a “high weirdness” abduction case that isn’t evil, but not run-of-the-mill either.
I wasn’t trying to imply that scientists cannot be men of faith. I was implying that plenty of people are still a bit superstitious concerning the unknown.
Nope, I was just pointing out that there is no way to justify the point as an absolute.
Can you answer the question: What prevented the Apollo landing and return trip? What was the “failure point” that made faking the mission necessary? What was the technical hurdle that could not be surmounted? (One question, served up multiple ways.)
The mission was never possible.
More importantly, it still is not possible!
All you need to look at is all the technical reasons NASA can’t do it today, and you will have your answer.
It is a long list.
You did not list anything that stops those missions. They were, and are to this day, feasible. More than that, they are history.
I'm going to be harsh here: Only a deep idiot could believe these missions did not occur, let alone regard them as impossible now. There just isn't anything to stop them.
If they are feasible then everybody will be doing it soon.
Thing is, they aren’t and they won’t be.
Get ready for a bunch of “dog ate my homework” excuses for years and years and years.
We have had fifty plus years of them so far....
But they didn’t reach the New World for over a thousand years.
***The universe is 14 billion years old. A thousand years is a drop in that bucket. A few thousand years from now, after Christ’s millenial kingdom, trillions of souls will be ushered into Heaven due to His efficient plan.
There are stories of at least one apostle getting as far as India, but even so he would only have been able to visit a relatively small area within India leaving most of the citizens in the dark for millennia.
***And yet, the vast majority of humanity have already heard of Jesus dying for their sins.
And what of all the people who were born, lived, and died thousands and tens of thousands of years before Jesus walked the Earth?
***That’s between God and them. It does not apply to you. In comparison to the future trillions of souls who will be redeemed, those few people will be well and fairly treated by God.
How fair was it to them not to hear the full message?
***Not very fair but God is extremely fair. The example is the woman caught in adultery. The punishment is straightforward: stoning to death. Jesus did not deny the punishment nor the applicability of the law, He simply found a way that was more fair than fair in His treatment of her. He said “Let he who is without sin cast the first stone”. The thing was, HE was without sin and HE did NOT cast the first stone, preferring instead to take in the feedback of those around Him. Same with all those souls you’re so concerned about. God will be extremely fair about it.
Logic dictates the simplest answer is that they are not, but are from our solar system and likely from a previous civilization or civilizations that fled due to an unavoidable catastrophe of the ELE variety - such as the one that happened from 10600-9600 BC.
***Logic does not dictate this. Logic dictates that the capabilities of these flying saucers reflect very straightforward experiments on boundary layer control that were conducted in the 1920s to 30s by Oscar Schrenk and Ludwig Prandtl. The NAZIs started pouring some resources into it but too late, they lost the war and the allies got those spoils. 2 years later we see those things zipping around and CRASHING, sumthin that aeronautical experiments are susceptible to, but it makes zero sense that interstellar craft would be so fragile.
It’s just the energy industry. Once they find new sources of energy, they’ll be humming along like before.
It is quite possible that what we are dealing with here is NOT extraterrestrials per se but spiritual creatures which do not have our best interest at heart.
***It is quite possible that the 4 recorded flying saucer crashes are entirely terrestrial secret weapons projects.
