Justice Thomas is asking questions, “what constitutional right covers the right to abortion?” ... “it’s liberty, your honor ... it includes the right to make family decisions” ... “so it’s all of the above?” ... “in the old days we used to say it was a right to privacy” ... “what are we relying on now?” ... “I think it continues to be liberty”.
This is very curious ... the premise of prior decisions has now been tossed aside.
The problem wasn't he had diabetes or his oxygen levels dropped. He could probably have survived with those. The problem was he went to the killing factory, er, hospital with a positive COVID19 test. He was likely put in isolation and "treated" with the standard CDC/Fauci protocol of Remdesivir and a respirator. Few survive that.

What this SCOTUS hearing is proving is there are no good arguments for baby killing, and there never were. The #ProLife movement just needed to craft legislation that exposed on the largest stage the real argument is “because I wanna murder when it’s convenient for me.”
