My girls and I caught Monarch's and tagged them.
It was a University of KS program....
We had a blast doin it....None of our tags were returned the college....but was great fun.

The great western monarch migration is a natural wonder. But to be clear, there are an abundance of monarchs all over the country. Everyone loves them and the milkweed crop throughout the midwest is flourishing as a result.

I had LOTS more monarch caterpillars on my milkweed plants this year, so hopefully that means more are maturing and making their way south.
