I believe Lindell’s motives are honest, but his credibility (from my perspective) took a big hit when his Cyber Symposium flopped due to not providing packet captures as he said he would do. Multiple excuses, delays, allegations of assault (did he ever provide a copy of the report provided to police?).
Lindell’s lawyers will file their lawsuit at 9:30 am on November 23.
And.. nothing. Checked PACER yesterday. Nothing at all.
