The problem I have with CVS is at one time I had all my prescriptions filled through them but then I transferred them to my new mail order service and put the ones at CVS into their archive. Now I keep getting calls from CVS going something like this: It’s too early to fill you prescription for XXXXX (one of those in archive) and we will call you when it is ready for pickup. I’ve called them several times to have that stopped with no results. I’m ready to delete my account with them.
CVS has stunningly high employee turnover—even without the vaxx mandate.
A significant percentage (a third, more in some stores) are college age folks who “call out” any time they are sleeping in after a wild party or a hot date—after a few times the store has no choice but to fire them. Then another percentage are the single moms who “call out” every time their young child is sick or their teenager is arrested and thrown in jail (or both).
Regardless of what existing employees due, requiring vaxxes for new employees is going to make new hiring extremely difficult—until the mandates are revoked.
The HIPAA has a privacy part and a coverage part. It is believed that the privacy part doesn’t apply to non-medical persons and entities. If you asked a licensed health care provider about Covid vaccination in the prior 6 months you are covered by the coverage part I believe.
Your employer can’t effectively yank your coverage by denying you the means to pay for that coverage.
I’m not a lawyer and courts apply law as the deep state thinks fit.
Cvs is gonna go down or something they don’t have enough employees as it is, drive thru closed bc lack of help, lines forever, geez. Plus too many unhealthy folks taking too much big pharma

CVS is very close to where I live but its pricing policy, at least on supplements makes me avoid the place. The prices on the shelf markers which are already higher than, say, WalMart but with greater convenience, are precisely doubled at the cash register. The third time, I said, “no”, and left my items on the counter and have not been back there.
