Here comes the “Anthony was a good boy” testimony . . . a really good boy.
Here comes the “Anthony was a good boy” testimony . . . a really good boy.
He used to skateboard as a kid too..
Kyle is guilty then for sure....
The jury must be thinking WTF does this have to do with anything
Important update: Anthony was a good ‘Catholic’ boy . . .
just like biden?
judge seemed ticked at prosecution then said lets take a break for lunch
Defense is basically revealing their position that Huber is actually a national hero because he tried to stop an ‘active shooter.’
After all, he ‘is’ a good Catholic boy.

although most of their witnesses so far seem to be for the Defense
He says, “First of all, you don’t need to comment on a ruling” to the prosecutor.
Yes, it’s so hard to separate them! 😁
The prosecution in the days before seemed to be very negative about AR-15’s.
Got one witness to say a hand gun is better for self defense another to say AR-15 doesn’t have hollow bullets
Makes since now why they did that...
going to say that Kyle was an active shooter with a powerful AR-15 and people tried to stop him

State wanted to give more evidence he was a great guy...
DA withdrew question to avoid having Defense present evidence that Huber held a knife to his grandmother and brother to force them to clean while also threatening to burn the house down with them in it, as well as another charge for assaulting his sister.
Further proof that he was a good Catholic boy . . . just a bit high strung.
Directed verdict of not guilty.

Can’t the defense just stipulate that cars were burned up and move on? I can’t imagine they are winning the jury with excess information. (of course, the defense may be happy that the prosecution is wasting the jury’s time).
I do not see what the prosecution team gained from Sal and Sam? Personally, I think they are both lying about asking for help in protecting their business. Sal already admitted that he saw the text from Kyle and Sam claims that he didn’t even see it until the next day. ZOT! PERJURY!
Defense is asking Sam simple questions but it is obvious that he is afraid to answer the questions . . . being very evasive - red lights for perjury to me.
Okay, so it sounds like he did hire people to defend their properties as they were underinsured so I guess he doesn’t want to admit he orchestrated armed men. If so, I personally would proudly say what I did in light of the destructive mayhem going on in that city.
He’s probably afraid of being sued.

Jack Posobiec on gettr.
Kyle definitely doesn’t look like a young man fearing a future lifetime behind bars . . .
