Don’t ever let anyone tell you that God doesn’t have a sense of humor.

You don't want to start any blasphemous rumors.

Others reported being stuck on slow moving or stationary trains - some for more than three hours - while others were forced to book domestic flights to reach the summit.

LOL....imagine if they were practicing what they want us to do....they'd be going in horses and buggies!

“Don’t ever let anyone tell you that God doesn’t have a sense of humor.”

It is odd how these climate gatherings seem to attract strange events. lol

Still was funnier when the ship got ice-locked on the way to a conference of the disappearance of ice at the North Pole.

Good opportunity for the Muzzie’s to ride and their scooters (they are climate friendly) and toss battery acid around.

Reminds me of my first typhoon in Japan.
I walked out the door to go to a convenience store, and the Japanese were freaking out. I asked what was wrong and they told me that it was dangerous because it was in the middle of a typhoon.
I asked, “This is a typhoon? Texas thunderstorms are worse than this”.

Several times Al Gore’s meetings encountered blizzards. Probably one reason they revamped the idea to “climate change.” Global warming was a silly description.

Note that the link said “the UK metoffice said parts of the UK could saw (meant see) tornadoes.” I don’t think there were in fact any tornadoes, none were reported in discussions on the UK weather forum Net-weather. The strong winds of course were real enough.

Britain does see fairly weak tornadic activity at times but there are two or three historical reports of F2 or even F3 damage trails, often in the London area which in climate terms is probably most suited for that sort of development. There are also occasionally F2 or F3 tornadoes in continental Europe and Russia, in fact an F4 on one occasion east of Moscow did a lot of damage in the city of Gorki in 1984.
