Well, I’ve known these families all my life. It is a cooperative. They have an expensive late charge. But they know I don’t miss payments.
The US Postal Service is really messed up. Their agreement with UPS has not helped it.
They send our local to local mail 60 miles away to be sorted and then it is returned. Really stupid idea.
