I just got a Galaxy A32 5G. Mine was a free upgrade with my T-mobile plan but you can buy one unlocked for about $250. It’s 5G, 64Gb of memory, great camera, great internet access, beautiful screen and runs any Android app out there. I think it’s every but as good as my last Galaxy phone which cost $1,200.
I got the moto a couple of months ago and am very happy with it.
My recommendation: Don't acquire one.
Regards,
I was given a used Verizon Samsung S6 which is not activated, though if I have a wifi connection I can use Google voice to call with it. I only use it now to take pictures (like for the FR garden thread). I was looking for cheapest phone plans and see some as low as $10 a month but I do not know what I am getting into. It seems my phone is locked into Verizon, so I would need to have them send me a code to unlock unless i paid for one.
Then there is: How do I Switch between 3G/4G - Samsung Galaxy S6 Select Apps. Select Settings. Scroll to and select Mobile networks. Select Network mode. Select WCDMA/GSM (auto connect) to enable 3G and LTE/WCDMA/GSM (auto connect) to enable 4G .
Blu G91 0r V91(Best Buy version) About $150, Massive Battery, good processor and memory, and it’s a large screen. Google it. I bought one for a work phone and I’m really impressed.

Everything after BlackBerry Classic is crap. BlackBerry Priv Android is OK.
I had a Motorola through Verizon for a couple weeks this summer and used it during a long road trip. It seemed OK, but if it was plugged in to the car charger you couldn’t go to other pages or apps. You were stuck.
Now I have a OnePlus N10 5G through T-Mobile which I hate. Can’t schedule messages to be sent at a later time/date. You can’t send an entire conversation to your email. There’s no light or audible notification for missed calls or messages.
Cell phones used to be workhorses but are toys now. If you read reviews they usually only cover gaming, camera, and how cute you can make your screen with things like “bubbles”, whatever they are.
Will be ordering a refurbished BB Priv from the internet.
It's neither Apple nor Google. You are not giving your money to leftist causes
If it matters to you, the Moto is made in China.
On every purchase I try to avoid Chinese made products (difficult, I admit).
I can’t help but be extremely appreciative of all the help you good folks have given me!
There is So Much to learn and that is one reason that I am responding so late to the thread!😕
I decided to forgo my desktop computer and see how viewing and posting would be handled on these miniature hand held ‘smartphones’!
OMG!😩
THERE IS NO WAY!
You’d have to be daffy to use those things as your primary posting tool!
Not only that, I tried to go to all of my online stores, where I do a lot of purchasing .. FORGET IT!
Every single page on here, on my stores .. Everywhere has to be enlarged to be read.
Ever tried doing a search on here without enlarging the whole page?☹
Same with posting!
Keys on keyboard a little larger than grains of salt!
Which reminds me .. all of those videos where folks are typing Super fast with just their thumbs? ... let’s just say, I believe those as much as I believe that Fauci always tells the truth!
I have one of those skinny pencil type styluses(?) and miss the correct keys almost regularly.
(What do you expect with grain of salt size keys?)🤢
Then there is the problem where you can hardly scroll or move around the screen without ‘touching’ some spot that sends you some place you didn’t want to go, blows the text size up so large that one letter will fill the screen, or worse, sends you back home, unexpectedly and erases that post that you took hours to get just right .. Before you get the chance to post it!
(Yep, happened to me here a number of times before I gave up and came back to my trusty desktop!)
Yes, I know, to you pros I am opening myself up to ridicule and derision with this post!
I probably deserve it for being ‘smartphone’ dumb! 😁
I just wanted to let you good folks know that I hadn’t posted and ran like some do and that I Really Am grateful for all of your posts!
Thank you for allowing me to “vent”. 8)

For $149.00 it looks great.
I will give updates after I get the phone.
OMG!
I love it and I just received it today!!🙃
