Appeals court refuses to stop Janet Mills’ vaccine mandate.
That's probably going to be the way it's done across the board -- just refuse to hear the case because the merits of the case are clear in the plain text of the US Code. By refusing the hear the case, they don't have to rule on it against the Biden administration.

My best friend’s neighbor just got out of 6 mos in the hospital from the Pfizer vaccine. She was paralyzed, her lungs collapsed, and now she can finally walk to her mailbox but has to take infusions of some odd medicine everyday and take steroids.
“This is article is false and meant to protect Pfizer from liability (stay under the EUA) while pressuring people to get the ‘vax’ by pretending it’s FDA approved. NO VACCINE is FDA approved in the US.”
My understanding was that the only “approved” vaccine was the Cominarty one which won’t be available for some time. Ppl say it is “the same” as Pfizer but legally speaking one is EUA, and one is (allegedly) approved. Would that phone call stand up in Court as evidence? I don’t know. What is the correct answer about Cominarty? Is it or is it not approved? Is it or is it not available?
