They didn’t feed them, it was a ceremonial thing, like sister cities and such. Dumb idea on the school’s part because this kind of thing is inevitable because wolf populations have to be managed aggressively.
NE Washington has been dealing re-introduced wolves with for years, in spite of regular culling, the wolve population has continued to increase. But still each time livestock killing wolves are colled the usual suspects are “outraged.”
