They didn’t feed them, it was a ceremonial thing, like sister cities and such. Dumb idea on the school’s part because this kind of thing is inevitable because wolf populations have to be managed aggressively.

NE Washington has been dealing re-introduced wolves with for years, in spite of regular culling, the wolve population has continued to increase. But still each time livestock killing wolves are colled the usual suspects are “outraged.”

The Northwestern Gray wolf which is much smaller than the Canadian timber wolf was the indigenous wolf in the Northwest.

All references I find online indicates they are one and the same.

Northwestern wolf

The northwestern wolf (Canis lupus occidentalis), also known as the Mackenzie Valley wolf,[4] Rocky Mountain wolf,[5] Alaskan timber wolf,[6] or Canadian timber wolf,[7] is a subspecies of gray wolf in western North America. It ranges from Alaska, the upper Mackenzie River Valley; southward throughout the western Canadian provinces, aside from prairie landscapes in its southern portions, as well as the Northwestern United States.[6]

Yeah, and then they move from blue states to red states, like the parasites they are.

Bear digs out a den and eats all the pups.
You do not get to see that part.
