We need the 'full' picture to decide whether or not she's fully guilty... Based on this photo, she's pretty good looking, so probably probation at best.
This young woman below though was obviously 'not guilty'

I think if the pregnancy is the result of statutory rape, a good lawyer could get that slapped down. If you can’t legally give consent, you can’t give consent.
