And when asked if the information was deleted from the server to make room for the upcoming election (their stated reason) why there was info from previous elections still on the server, they all looked at each other like, oops.

The claim was to clear room on the servers but the servers had the same files from elections before 2020. If you were trying to clean up space you would delete the oldest first or delete all of them at once.

Clear cover up and acting in bad faith to try to skirt the subpoena. In a court proceed I would think that a judge would come down hard on an official that pulled that crap.
