If you were raised to drink in moderation. So that you know how to drink to the perfect buzz. and then stop.

then you’re not is such bad shape.

However, if you are in the least addictive—that is, you don’t know how to stop. You blow through the red light every time. then you need to find jesus. because only he is bigger than the killer inside you. I recommend AA if you’re not religious. Don’t expect to succeed the first time or even the 10 time. It took me 10 years between the time I knew it was time to quit and the time I actually quit. I didn’t have the power inside myself to quit. I had to turn to Jesus.

Anyhow, that’s my testimony.

Yes & no. Mostly no. You harbor the same misconceptions being shared by those who proclaim to be experts on the matter.

You’ll understand when I get my book published.

If was as simple as you summarize then there would be no obesity epidemic and any ‘doctor’ would have the answer for their patient.
