At budget time, discontinue a unified budget and return to individual bills paying for each agency. Simply fail to fund specific agencies to current levels and spell out no appropriated funds may be transferred to other agencies. Also needed, wholesale impeachments of activist judges. It may take twenty targeted impeachments before the activist jurists understand the limitations of their auth.
If not us, then who? Let US get the ball rolling.
I favor the concept of us simply starting over. We would raise our own funds for our own social security program and if current residents think they deserve more money they can migrate to the blue country.
We fought a civil war over 4 million slaves, lost 600k Americans to that war. Now the proposal is peacable secession, with an eye towards the 30 Million INDENTURED SERVANTS here illegally as colonizers, and the 60 Million dead babies sacrificed to the Moloch god of convenience.

There are already enclaves in America. Point Roberts is a pene-exclave of the United States on the southernmost tip of the Tsawwassen peninsula, south of Vancouver, Canada. And there are separate COUNTRIES known as ‘reservations’ that exist as part of America as well. We are well versed in enclaving.
