So far, the feds have an arrest warrant out for him stealing over $1000 from two of Gabby's bank accounts. The autopsy is supposed to be out maybe tomorrow so we'll see if the latest trip to mommy's house to gather more DNA lands a murder charge on him.
Suits like Geraldo and Walsh are also coming out of the woodwork.
