Hiring "emergency-licensed" staff is going to be difficult enough, insuring them is going to be another hurdle for these medical institutions. They're also going to run into push back from current staff who don't want to deal with the inexperienced newcomers. Expect many doors to close instead, on the advice of the lawyers.
Patients, especially for elective non-emergency treatment, will be sent out of state.
From a purely logic point of view, these medical folks have worked un-vaccinated for months before any vaccine was available. It is likely most have antibodies from exposure. So now, through government mandate it is declared that all their past work and exposure means nothing.
This will be pretty interesting to see such a rapid reduction of 16% of hospital staffing.

Part of this is Schaudenfraude. These healthcare workers were dancing and booty-shaking all throughout 2020 and now they’re getting canned.
How is is BLM can burn down cities with no fear of repercussions , but people having thier lived destroyed and being ruled by 1 dictator are too afraid to grab 1 brick and pay her a visit? 20,000 with 1 brick each....

Don’t underestimate how many people get motivated when they find out the inflated compensation once it gets leaked out. NY has a dumb way of always over spending during a crisis! I was having dinner with the wife in the City last night and EVERY place was PACKED despite the nonsense! It’s as if a lot of the people that left last year have been replaced by new ones (mainly from outside the US and mostly from Asia)! I supposed that was/is part of their “plan”,………

Looks like healthcare workers who got the shot (or, from another perspective, were “daring” enough to risk their good health to one of these “vaccines”) are going to be in high demand ... for a while, anyway.
