1) The virus is called “unstable”. Stable vs unstable refers to the accuracy of replication. An unstable virus will replicate imprecisely. There will be changes. The changes that infect best are the changes that propagate.
2) Get rid of the thinking that “it will burn itself out” and “viruses mutate to a less harmful form”. That is all behavior of natural viruses. This one is artificial. Not natural. The Chinese created it and they didn’t create it to become gentle.
3) It’s essentially impossible to try to compare one country to another and vax rates or no vax rates. Countries have different weather. Countries have different demographics. And countries are using different vax designs.
4) Wondering about when it will be “over” is a formula for outrage and disappointment. No law of the universe says it ever will be.

I’m wondering what this flu season is going to look like with so many vaccinated. From what I understand, the vaccinations compromise the immune system.
I wouldn’t trust the current flu shots, either.
My son’s girlfriend is sick right now, they are treating her as if she has covid but not telling her she has covid and she’s tested negative three times.
She was double vaxxed in March.
Weird thing - she got a call from the CDC a few days before she got sick asking her how she was doing with the shot. 6 months after? I thought that was odd.

Within the last two months, 24 medical staff at our small hospital who were fully vaccinated have come down with COVID.
I’m acquainted with one of the nurses and she told us most of them are mad ass hell.
Yes, that call is very odd.
