That's a good point which I've heard before but which kind of glanced off of me. Medical history is supposed to be private and confidential, and there are various laws against unlawful disclosure. So it is a good question whether a third party (other than you and your doctor) can demand that you reveal part of your medical history to them as a condition of entering a business.

Requiring it for employment could be a bit trickier, because some medical conditions - such as epilepsy - might make it unsafe for you to engage in certain kinds of work.

I have wondered if it is legal, for the Raiders to require vaccine passports to go to a football game.

Is this legally allowable, under some emergency powers of the governor of the state, or mayor of Las Vegas? But then aren’t such emergency powers dependent upon us living under an official state of emergency?
